My application is pending and now that I have lost my job and my grace period is over what would happen to my H1b visa? Should i apply for jobs and will my H1b transfer possible as I cannot wait for EAD it would take more time. Wanted experts answer to help me understand my situation better, to repeat is it possible to apply for jobs and and will USCIS transfer my visa as I m out of status, but when filed the application for asylum I was on H1b status and had no issues. I am worried how would the transfer process work during the pending asylum case. Please post your comments experts advise required. Quote Link to comment
