AOS - mentioning minor accident

Hi all,

My PD is getting current next month and I am gearing up for filing AOS. I had minor parking lot bumper accident (no one was injured; only scratches on bumper), but police report was filed and insurance company was involved. Given I have to report this on I485, do I need to provide any documentation for this? This was more than 5 years ago, I do not have any documents related to this.
