We like to extend her status as there is no cure in sight. I am considering option of 539 or GC. I am leaning towards GC. Once I apply for GC how long will it take to get AP (travel document) She wants to travel back to India once things get better. What will happen to the application if she travels back to India before she gets her AP? Thank you in advance. Quote
