Vag Posted July 21, 2020 Report Share Posted July 21, 2020 Hello, Relocation (intra company transfer) after I-140 approval: My perm and I-140 has been filed based on NY location. My priority date is February 2011 (EB2 category). I’ll need clarification on below, please. 1. Will the relocation affect the existing GC application filed in NY ? 2. If no to the above then when the priority date is current and at the time of I-485 filing do I need to move back to NY? Thanks in Advance. Quote Link to comment
