gurunath.sb Posted July 21, 2020 Report Share Posted July 21, 2020 Current Situation: Currently i am in India and my employer filed H1b out of cap petition in consular mode in regular processing(Not premium) and i have valid H4 Visa stamped till mid Sept 2020 . I am planning to travel to USA on H4 stamped visa before sept 15th. 1. Can we change currently filed H1 petition to COS, i.e from H4 to H1 in premium processing after landing in USA , will i get COS and H1b approved at the same time? as i no need to go for stamping as its closed till end of 2020. will there any chance that 2. What if i change the current filed petition to premium & if it gets approved, can i file only COS from H4 to h1 in premium(After H1b approved) after landing in USA? 3. or Is there any betterter ways i can start working as soon as possible?
