DRShiva Posted July 18, 2020 Report Share Posted July 18, 2020 PERM applied in Jan 2020 and denied. PERM Denied due to employer did not respond to employer’s sponsorship questions. The reason they told me it was in SPAM folder and didn't realize until They received the saw PERM denial letter. And Immediately applied Motion to reconsider and reconsidered in June 17th 2020. Questions: 1. How long does it take to give a decision, since it is a reconsideration file? is it considered as normal processing times after after reconsidered? 2. Once Perm reconsidered, will Employer receive the Sponsership Questions again? Quote Link to comment
