krishnakbeta Posted July 16, 2020 Report Share Posted July 16, 2020 I want to apply for Family based green card for my father. I read that I have to file concurrently for both I130 and I485. However, the I130 is an online submitted form whereas the I485 is not online. Need to fill it and send by mail to USCIS office. In such a situation how can we do concurrent filing?
