On 23-June, it got updated to status "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed". Since then there is no update to my case. Its been more than 20 days. This is with California Center (WACxxxxxxx) Just curious to know if anybody knows what's going on and if others are facing this issue. What/When is the likelihood of getting a decision. Nikscraze Posted July 14, 2020 Report Posted July 14, 2020 Same here ,My h1b transfer was done with premium processing, got rfe and submitted the rfe on may21st. Rfe Received status was update on the case. Since then there has been no update. When my attorney reached out to uscis, they said it was under additional review and there is no timeline for it. I mean , even after paying for premium you dont get a result and they havnt even returned the Pp fees. Its frustrating...now there is no timeline to it. Quote
