Ashish_T
Hi Everyone, Here is my situation: - My current H1B visa is expiring on August 2nd and I-94 is expiring 10 days later on August 12th. - My current employer A has filed for my H1B extension in regular processing. - I have an offer with a good company, employer B and they are planning to file my H1B transfer in premium processing, most likely right before August 12th. Here are my question: 1. Would it be okay if the prospective employer B files the H1B transfer just couple of days before August 12th, which is when my current I-94 would expire ? 2. This would most likely mean that result of my H1B transfer with employer B would come only after my current I-94 expires and while H1B extension with current employer is still pending. Would this be okay ? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you Quote Link to comment
