EB1C - Green card on H1 after short visit to offshore location

Hi Guys,

I joined Employer A in India and worked from 2012-2014 and was on managerial role. I came to US on 22nd April 2014 on L1B and went back on 22nd May 2019 as my visa expired. However my H1 got picked from same employer and I came to US back on 02 March 2020. I was on managerial role through out my position with my Employer. 

Am I still eligible for EB1-C as I went to Offshore india for 9 months ? However I have worked with employer from 2012-2014 in India. 

My whole tenure is in managerial role. Did someone apply for EB1-C in this kind of scenario ?
