h1bslavery_sucks Posted June 25, 2020 Report Posted June 25, 2020 I have a EB2-India application with priority date in 2014. I currently reside/work in USA. Last week my brother got USA Citizenship. Is there any remote way I can benefit out of this? Also, If green cards outside USA are stopped, how would it affect the F4 priority dates? Would it be current so that folks residing in USA can apply? Quote
