L1 and H1 combined usage query

L1 and  H1 combined usage query

 
1. I came to US in L1B with Employer A and spent 3 years ( April ,2010 - Jan,2013) 
2. I got H1B and start using it for 3 years  with Employer B (Jan,2013 -Apr,2016)  

so L1B+H1B  combined usage 6 years 

I left USA for 1+ years

 

3. again I came to USA with new L1 with Employer B and spent 2+ years (Nov,2017 -June,2020)

Now can I use my H1 approved earlier mentioned in point 2   or do I need to go for new Lottery system for next cycle?
