sunn_c2c Posted June 23, 2020 Report Posted June 23, 2020 (edited) Hello Friends, I used to work for a desi employer in EVC model Employer1 -> MidVendor1 -> Vendor -> Client I have changed my employer to a different company and I transferred my H1 Employer2-> Vendor -> client and recently midvendor found out that i changed my employer and told me he is going to sue me for breaking non-compete , now my previous employer also want to do same.Is there any way i can avoid it and put up my case with DOL Edited June 23, 2020 by sunn_c2c corrected error in explaining evc model Quote

He is just trying to see if you will feel the pressure and change your mind. Make sure all communications happen in emails and you can use that to complain against him. Rule of law is the same for everyone. Nothing to worry about. Quote
