manoj1551 Posted June 17, 2020 Report Share Posted June 17, 2020 (edited) Hi Friends - I have i94 expired in May 2020 but it never came to my attention since I recently came back to usa from India in the month of march and had my h1b petition renewed before going to India. So we assumed i94 would be there till end of current h1b i797 approval which is till 10/2022. But we have got i94 based on previous h1b approval since we came in global entry lane while entering usa. There was no manual officer check and it was through automated kiosk Could anyone help me on how this can be resolved as im unable to travel out of country for stamping due to no flights.
