Mkwatra Posted June 17, 2020 Report Posted June 17, 2020 Hi, If anyone has experience in this space and can share their experience that will be very helpful. I moved to US on L1A in 2016. In Feb 2017 my I140 was submitted and it was approved in 2018. We then filed for a I485 in 2018, did our biometric in 2019, followed by an in-person interview and medical documents submission. The officer said that everything was in order since the queue for India is not current yet, we will have to wait for our priority date to become current for GC to be issued. the case online shows the status as “Your interview was completed, but your case must be reviewed”. As per July 2020 bulletin, the EB1 category is at May 2017 cases for final adjustment of status. 1. I believe that makes my priority date current? 2. what does the status your case must be reviewed mean? Is it an additional step or is it just a default status message till they process? 3. what should be my next step? Do I just wait or do I need to reach out for anything? Thanks, MK Quote
