C.K.P
Hello, My employer filed my h1b registration in March 2020 for FY2021, which got selected in Lottery, since I did my Master last year 2019. My project got over on the 30th of April, due to COVID-19 my following project put on hold. My employer mentioned, they cannot complete my H1b application process without project details, or may not file it due to the current situation. So, my questions are, 1) Is there any chance that the due date will be extended after 30th June? Is it possible that USCIS can extend the due for an individual case? 2) If my application is not filed before the due date, do I have to go through lottery again next year? If yes, How will this work? I have left 10 days in my hands, and my selected h1b application will get ruined. Please advise ASAP. Thank you. Quote Link to comment
