H4 extension RFE

Hi,

H4 extension received RFE for not completing this field "I/We request that my/our current or requested status be extend Until(MM/DD/YYYY)." recently

New H1B (Transfer) and H4 extension filed at the same time. H1B is approved within 15 days(Premium processing). Now my question is does my spouse need to update this field  "Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child or parent?  to Yes since my h1b is approved. Also,  do we need to fill   latest entire  form I-539?

Please assist. 

Note: I will be sending all the supporting documents along with 797/129  approval notices.
