nana18 Posted May 31, 2020 Report Share Posted May 31, 2020 Hi Friends, My visa was expired on Dec 31, 2019 and my current employer applied the visa extension on Dec 2019. Initially the petition was sent to Nebraska, On March 05th it was transferred to different processing center ( probably Vermont) till now my company didn't receive my transfer receipt also not sure where it has been sent transferred to. My current visa status is- Petition was transferred to different location ( mentioned that a new receipt will be sent to your employer by April 4th). Due to my current situation I have to look a new opportunity outside and transfer the H1 visa. Am I eligible to transfer my visa to a new company by having the extension receipt ? ( VISA and i-94 both are expired) Please suggest. Quote Link to comment
