H1b Amendment cum extension at Vermont center still pending

Hi,

Can any one help me the next steps on my case for H1b amendment cum extension (I am a full time employee) process:

1. Extension applied in regular with California center and receipt date on July 1st 2019.
2. I informed My attorney that I changed the address within the same MSA.
3. Transferred to vermont center on October 25th 2019 (case was in the same status "Case was transferred to another jurisdiction" for long time).
4. Expedit request raised by the attorney on May 7th 2020.
5. Expedit request denied on May 11th 2020, because of no evidence of an extreme emergent need.

I had I-94 up to 19th October 2020 with my past approved H1b with same employer.

Since there is no premium processing and corona restricted travel I am worried about the situation and my options.

Why don't you convert it to Premium Processing now that it is open?
