Currentmy H1B, H4, H4-EAD all has expiry date of 12/31/2020. Now as per rule H4-EAD cannot be filed before 180 days. What is the fastest and safest way to get H4 ead before 12/31/2020? should I file h1 and h4 concurrently now and then file h4 ead on July 1st with pending h1/h4? OR Should I just file h1 now? And then file h4/h4 ead concurrently on July 1st (180 days before 12/31) with pending H1 decision. Quote Link to comment
