She has been laid off due to COVID-19 pandemic with only 30 days of unemployment remaining. She has already lost 2 months (60 days) out of 90 days of the total unemployment period. Can anyone please provide information about following. 1. While I understand she only has 30 days to find the job, will she get any grace period of 60 days to leave the country after her status expires? 2. I am currently on H1-B visa. Will we have enough time to switch her status from F1 to H4? 3. Any other option? Thank you for the help. Quote Link to comment
