itsvtk
Hello Murthy Law Firm, I am on H1B Visa working for a MNC company. My wife is on H4 visa and got EAD as part of I-140 petition. She invested and working in a small business (Corporation) along with 2 other US Citizens. Her business got impacted with COVID-19 crisis. To recover from this crisis, recently she applied for SBA-Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) as per the rules mentioned below. https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans/coronavirus-relief-options/paycheck-protection-program-ppp https://www.hsblawfirm.com/connect/blog/2020/interim-final-rule-implementing-ppp US Citizens & Residents are eligible as per latest PPP program. Do you see any problem for getting the Green card in future if my wife applies for COVID-19 PPP program? Please clarify. Regards, Krishna Quote Link to comment
