I got my first H1B stamping from Europe in 2005, got my H1B extension from Tijuana in 2008, just got my H1B approved for 3 years with Approved i-140. Tijuana US Consulate website says .... Who Cannot Apply in Mexico: "Applicants who obtained their current visa in a country other than that of their legal residence." http://tijuana.usconsulate.gov/who_can_apply_visa.html Since my current visa is from Tijuana (Not my COuntry of residence), looks like i cannot go to Tijuana again for stamping. Experts, Is this correct? is there any other embassy i can go to around US Thanks in Advance. Link to comment
