I 140 approved in 2017 and going on international assignement. wife works on H1b

I am going on international assignment for the same company I work for to Europe. Currently my I-140 is approved and in Eb2 GC. I want to understand what will be impact to H1b/I-140 if I come back after 1-2 years in this international manager role in US. Can I file in EB1 international manager with existing priority date and use H1b status as well or need L1A? Also during my time abroad which visa can I use to travel to USA - B1 or H4 or Both? I will have to travel to USA for business as well as meeting family. Also does travelling of H4 /B1 impact international manager Eb1 application.
