I have a valid H1 petition for Location A until Oct 2020, I filed an amendment for Location B (Same client) where i moved and got approval till Feb 2020. Now I applied for Location B Extension and got RFE. If my Location B petition got denied and I 94 expired, Can i go back to Location A (which has validity till Oct 2020) and work from there? And then again file a new amendment for Location B Plus extension - please clarify Quote Link to comment
