IS IT REQUIRED TO DESCRIBE POLICE ARREST RECORD DURING H1B PETITION FILING?

I need some advice to know whether is it required to mention Police Arrest Record during Initial H1B PETITION Filing? 

The case was a Misdemeanor Theft and got dismissed in 2016.  This year when filing H1B petition , Do I need to mention this and submit the documents required  to attorney before filing ?

And what are chances of getting approval?

no. There is no option to specify criminal records on i129 i.e the h1b application form.

No. But you should mention it to the attorney while filing H1.

When you file a DS160 when going for a visa, you will have to mention about the arrest record.
