I got my labor approveed in jan 2011,and my I140 got denied on 19th July 2011 after an RFE.I came to know about the denial 2 days ago when i checked my status online.eventhough it was almost 1month my employer didnt tell me about this ,and when i asked him,he spoke to the attorney and said it was denied becos of my NON-IT degree in masters. My doubt is how can my H1 be approved with the same degree?? My employer told that he would apply for a new labor with the same company or appel for I140 kindly suggest me wether to change my employer or be with the same one. Link to comment
