Sam6489 Posted February 14, 2020 Report Share Posted February 14, 2020 Hi All, I had a very unfortunate incident , i got DUI last week, was arrested and finger printed , BAC levels were all below legal limit. The first court date is next month and i will be fighting the case to reduce it to lower charges or dismissal whatever is possible. This is first time offense and i have had clean driving record till now. I want to know how will it effect H1b Extension in future also how will and to what extent it can effect H1b Stamping. o12020 Posted March 10, 2020 Report Share Posted March 10, 2020 There are multiple posts regarding dui In this forum. You should be prepared for rfe on application, as well keep extra time 6 to 8 weeks when you go for stamping as you will have to go through medical exam Quote Link to comment
