AP case status not available online

I have applied my AP on 5th of May electronically and then receied the receipt notice from USCIS. I also sent the supporting letters but when i try to seach my case status online, still it is showing as the case cannot be found. Its been one month and still i am not able to find the case status online. Can some one suggest what should i do in this case.

Any one please advice, what i should do. Shall i wait for another 15 days before i call to customer service

I'm in same boat as well:

Well in my case i applied EAD; i have the same situation ; got the EAC number; the check has also been deducted; when i check the case status in uscis website, it says its not found; i called Customer service; they said their Database is down and they don't know when it will be up.

We are in the same boat. My spouse and I applied for AP with notice date of April 4th. We don't find it online and no idea what it's fate is now.

i was in the same boat,when i applied in march i was not able to the check status with Lin number on uscis site, but when i got approval mailed after nearly (60 days) i was able to see the status online after i got my approval.some kind of bug...

i didn't get the online status for my case either. Took infopass to and checked with Uscis and they are able to track and the officer told its in processing nothing to worry.

I was not able to track EAD status. Called USCIS and after two days it was showing the status online as "initial review".
