Virs Posted January 30, 2020 Report Share Posted January 30, 2020 Hello Experts, My H1B expires 22-Mar-2020 and my extension was was filed with USCIS on 19-DEC-2019 ( According to my Attorney) in regular mode. I have still not received the receipt #, its been over 40 days now. The attorney just says we are following up with USCIS. I am not sure what to make of this, anyone experienced this before?
