yan301510 Posted January 27, 2020 Report Share Posted January 27, 2020 Hi, I am planning to transfer H1-B and I-140 ( i-140 will be transferred after successful transfer of H1B) to my new employer. My I-140 was approved in March-2018. Do I have to leave US if my I-140 transfer to new employer is rejected by USCIS. Quote Link to comment
