yan301510
Hi, I am planning to transfer H1-B and I-140 ( i-140 will be transferred after successful transfer of H1B) to my new employer. My I-140 was approved in March-2018. Do I have to leave US if my I-140 transfer to new employer is rejected by USCIS. Quote Link to comment
User099
I140 is not transferred to new employer. New employer will have to apply for a new PERM and I140. Only the PD can be ported. 20 hours ago, yan301510 said: Hi, I am planning to transfer H1-B and I-140 ( i-140 will be transferred after successful transfer of H1B) to my new employer.
