Amogh Datar Posted January 23, 2020 Report Share Posted January 23, 2020 Hi, My employer is a non profit organization and they have never filed for H1B visa and it is their first time. They have applied for LCA in month of December. Its been a one and half month and still they did not receive any confirmation from Department of Labor and eventually they are not able to start H1b process. I checked with HR regarding delay and they are not sure for the same. Can you please let me know what cab be the reason for delay in getting approved LCA? Quote Link to comment
