aasandsas
My EB2 priority date is Jan 2011 and my US Citizen child has speech developmental delays. My job will most likely move to different state soon. My child was evaluated by Department of Social services to be eligible into this program and is enrolled into special education classes in separate school. Has anybody got I-140 EAD under compelling circumstances for health reasons of dependent ? Would speech and cognitive developmental delays for US Citizen child be considered as compelling circumstances ? Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
User099
I don't think it will qualifies as compelling circumstances, but run this by an attorney to get confirmation. You will also have to prove that you qualify for EAD everytime you apply for renewal. Quote Link to comment
