ravig310 Posted January 14, 2020 Report Share Posted January 14, 2020 I have an approved I-140 from old employer A with priority date in September 2016.I moved to new employer in May 2018.Should I file new I-140 from new employer or can I use my old employer I-140 to file for extensions.
