akleo78
Hello, I filed I-130 petition for my sister back in 2007 and USCIS case number approved it in 2009. The last I heard about this case is the USCIS approval notice and I have never received anything from NVC. My sister's priority date has become current but I have no NVC case number and I just have the USCIS case number. I tried to call NVC but they are always busy. I submitted an online inquiry to NVC but per their website it will take two months to respond to emails. Anyone has an advise on how to find the NVC case number? Can an immigration attorney help? I called USCIS and they said after they send the USCIS approval to NVC, they will not know anything about the NVC case number. Edited January 14, 2020 by akleo78 Quote Link to comment
