Karan Salekar Posted January 14, 2020 Report Share Posted January 14, 2020 Hi, My H1B maxout is on 04/01/2020 (including the recaptured time) and i have received an Audit for my Perm, in this case i have following questions Can i still get approval for audit in time, file I140 and file an H1B extension before 04/01 ? If i go back to India now, will my 6 year clock stop ? and Can I get my H1B visa extended while i am in India and once i get my I140 approved This is time sensitive situation for me so please advise, i am going to check with my Immigration team for the same but trying to get some knowledge myself with this situation.
