kash80 Posted January 9, 2020 Report Share Posted January 9, 2020 I am currently on H1B, and my spouse on H4. She has been using her H4-EAD to work without any sponsorship in the US. If I am to change jobs and apply for a H1 transfer, how will it impact the existing H4-EAD? And of late, H4 applications is taking close to 6 months to process, due to the biometric requirements. So, will my spouse have to stop working till the H4 & H4-EAD application has been approved? Quote Link to comment
