Ragusks
Hi, I was working with Employer (Employer A) and my PERM was approved on 8/2019 but my H1B extension was denied on 9/2019. I went out of country, Filed H1B transfer to new employer (Employer B) and it was approved for 2 years and came back to USA. PERM is expiring in 2/2020, but employer A is ready to apply for I-140. In this case, My H1B is with employer B and GC process is with employer A. so, what is the feasible solution for this situation ? Is the above scenario is valid and doable (Can i work for employer B and ask the employer A continue with I140 ? Edited January 6, 2020 by Ragusks Enable reply notification Quote Link to comment
