Sumit_2020
My case was approved on 30 September 2019. But still the approval receipt is not received. We raised SR to USCIS where they responded that receipt has been mailed, but it's been more than a month, still no luck. Please guide with next step to avoid I-824, as it has waiting period of more than 6 months. Quote Link to comment

JoeF
Does the company have a lawyer handling this stuff? If not, they should get one. Quote Link to comment
User099
Generally a good attorney will not close your case till they receive the hard copy of the approval notice. They should support you till you get a hard copy of the approval notice. Quote Link to comment
cyberlord
Your attorney should get you the hard copy. If the hard copy is lost in transit, your attorney could apply for a duplicate one. Quote Link to comment
