kannanwill Posted January 1, 2020 Report Share Posted January 1, 2020 Hi Sir , My petition has been filled on April 2019 and it has been converted to premium on Dec 19 2019. I got RFE on Dec 31. My 240 days are getting expire on Jan 13 2020(only 12 more days left). On current situation, can I continue my stay here in US after Jan 13th and wait for results?
