Is overlap in employment considered unauthorized employment for H1B employees? I have a 15 day overlap in employment.

I was on paid vacation from employer A. I took a paid leave for 15 extra days and left company A and joined B while those paid vacation were on with Company A. Could there be an RFE for overlapping employment in Green card or H1B transfer process . Also how would I get the Evidence to suggest I was on paid vacation for the 15 overlapping days?
