I-140 3 year degree approvals

Hello Gurus,

I need your advice please help me out here. I wanted to know is there anyone who has got their I-140 Approved with 3 Year degree from India.

My background is 3 years degree from India and 1 year of Masters from India. My i-140 got rejected due to degree requirements in EB3 Category and I am surpised what is the reason. I got RFE in regards to education and lawyer did responded to RFE stating that I fall under skilled worker category. I am not sure what exactly she responded.

Anyhow now what are my chances? Are there any cases where 3 years degree got approval for i-140. if yes how?

Please advice?
