dtahiliani
Hello Team and Advisors, I have an I-140 approved from my company "A" in 2017, now i have got an better offer from company "B" and i am planning to switch, they mention they will port my i-140 priority date and will start GC after 1 yrs. It will be great if you can provide some inputs on my below query and clear my doubts 1. How much years can i get on my h1B visa transfer from company "a" to "b"? 2. Will USCIS revoke my i1-40 which is filled by company "a" ? 3. Can I continue to use my approved i-140 for further extensions with company "b" ? if yes, till how long ? 4. In case company "b" takes more time than 1 yr, can i use approved i-140 for extension once the h1b visa is about to expiry with respective to company "b"? Quote Link to comment
User099
1. It will depend on how long is your current project. 2. If A requests it to be withdrawn then USCIS will do it. 3. Yes, till B's I140 is approved. 4. Yes. Quote Link to comment
