npk.312
Hello, Thanks for your help! I am currently on H1B and have my GC I-140 approved from a previous employer. I moved to a Full-Time role with a different employer after 180 days of my I-140 has been approved. It is not yet transferred nor the transferred is initiated to the new employer. At this point, I am not sure if my previous employer had withdrawn my I-140. I have two questions. 1. How do I find out if my I-140 is active or no? I know I'll have my priority date that can be retained. 2. Can my spouse work on my I-140 even if I go with an assumption that my previous employer had withdrawn or even revoked (if it applies to this case) and it is not yet transferred to my current employer? 3. Can I get my H1B extensions (after the 6 years) on my I-140 if it is not being moved to my current employer? Kindly address my questions. Really appreciate your help! Thanks! Quote Link to comment
