tahir1053 Posted November 24, 2019 Report Share Posted November 24, 2019 Hello, I have a question regarding my RFE. I am working with Company A since 2016. In 2018, Company B acquired Company A but it let Company A to continue with its name. It was like “Company A - a group company of Company B”. For this reason, there was no amendment in my H1B which was sponsored/attained through Company A. However the pay slips have Company B’s name on it. Now, I received an offer from Company C and they initiated H1B transfer via Premium processing. I received an RFE stating that the name on the H1B copy is different from what’s present in the most recent pay slips. Has anyone of you faced similar situation? I am curious as to what’s going to happen next? I request you to shed some light on it. Its a full time position in all the 3 companies involved. Thank you! Quote Link to comment
