What impact will be happen in my H-1B, H4 and H4EAD renewal If I leave current employer and joining new employer. Can my previous employer withdraw my i-140 after 180 day's ? If My i-140 get withdraw/inactive then will be any issues in renew of H1 and H4-EAD ? Quote Link to comment
User099
Your I140 can be revoked by the previous employer, but you can still use it to apply for H1, H4 renewals with new employer. For H4 EAD, the I140 has to be active at the time the application is being processed. Quote Link to comment

The employer can of course always revoke the I-140. After 180 days it just doesn't matter for you. You keep the PD. Quote Link to comment

Most employers revoke it once you quit the job. You can retain the PD with your new employer if I140 was revoked after 180 days. Quote Link to comment
