I140 usage query

Hello,

My I140 was approved in Aug 2010 then I came to India and stayed back till date. But now I would want come to US again.

My employer submitted request to withdraw I140 in Feb 2010. When I checked status through online account it just says that the petition was approved in Aug 2010, no other updates, like revoked or withdrawn is mentioned. My employer sold the company and do not know the status.

How do I know the current status of my I140 and it is still valid and I can use it for CP? 

If it is withdrawn, can I port it and use the same PD?

Do you have a copy of the approval notice? If it was pending for 180 days before being revoked, you should be able to use it to port the PD.
