My new employer filed my PERM and it is approved. now he is ready to file my I140, so I need recommendation llike with category I should file EB2 or EB3?need help in this matter. Nobody here have no clue about your position , job profile, employer and your case specifics. you should work with your employer and their attorneys to file under appropriate category.
