VISA Stamping without Labor/I-140 after 6years

I've completed 6 years on H1B and recently changed my position within the same company and I've my I-140 approved with my previous role.

(My VISA is valid for another 1.4 year)

I'm planning to go for VISA stamping end of this year.

  • Will there a problem in VISA stamping since I don't have Labor/I-140 for my new role?
  • Will it be a problem when entering USA?
