My Green card process just started and in prevailing wage request state. What are the best options for H1B extensions, if any. I'm following with my lawyer on daily basis, one option they mentioned to take a vacation so that max out date can be extended, but not sure even if that can add up enough dates for my PERM process to get approved and then i140 approved as well since i don't have the PERM process initiated prior to 365 days of H1B expiry.
